How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Large furniture items or oversized decor may require specialized freight handling and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, ShopTheAddison ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our carrier will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our furniture pieces come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed warranty information.
