At ShopTheAddison, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and include all hardware and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
